Terms & conditions
These terms cover bookings made with us online, by phone or in person. Please read them before you book. They are written in plain English and don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.
About us

- Phone: 07552396735
1. Your booking
- When you book online, you’ll get a confirmation email. That email is our agreement to carry out the work on the date and time shown.
- Prices depend on the service and the size of your vehicle. Please choose the size that matches your car. If the vehicle is a different size, or needs much more work than normal (for example very heavy soiling, mould or a lot of pet hair), we’ll explain before we start and agree any change in price with you. If you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund the difference or the whole booking.
- Booking times are a guide. Larger or dirtier cars can take longer, and we’ll let you know if yours will.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. There are no hidden extras: any add-ons are shown before you pay.
- Online bookings are paid in full by card when you book. If you book by phone, you can pay by card or cash on the day.
3. Cancelling or moving your booking
- More than 24 hours before your slot: you can cancel or move your booking free of charge, and we’ll refund you in full. You can cancel in My Account, or by phone or email.
- Less than 24 hours before, or if you don’t turn up: we may keep up to 50% of the price to cover the time we set aside for your car. If we manage to fill the slot, we won’t charge you. We’ll always try to move your booking instead first.
- If we have to cancel (for example through illness or an equipment failure), we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
- When you book online, the law also gives you 14 days to change your mind. By choosing an appointment within that time, you ask us to start the work during it. Once the work is finished, that right ends. Nothing in this section takes away your legal rights.
4. Dropping off and collecting
- All work is done at our workshop. Please arrive a few minutes before your slot and bring all the keys we’ll need.
- Please remove valuables and personal items before you drop off. We’re not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Tell us about any existing damage, recent paintwork, aftermarket parts, wraps, or warning lights before we start, so we can take the right care.
- Please collect your vehicle at the time we agree. If you can’t, let us know as soon as possible.
5. Our work and your results
- We carry out every job by hand, with reasonable care and skill, using professional products.
- Results depend on your vehicle’s condition. Machine polishing removes swirls and light scratches, but deeper scratches, stone chips and damage through the clear coat may still be visible afterwards. We’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
- For ceramic coatings and some other treatments, we’ll give you aftercare advice. Following it helps the finish last as long as it should.
6. If something isn’t right
Please check your car when you collect it. If you’re not happy with anything, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to it and put it right free of charge. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Damage and responsibility
- If we damage your vehicle through our own negligence, we’ll put it right or pay the reasonable cost of repair.
- We’re not responsible for faults that already existed, such as failing paint, loose trim or worn parts, or for problems that couldn’t reasonably be foreseen.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Reviews
If you leave a review on our website, please make sure it is genuine and about your own experience. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, unrelated or contain personal information about other people. See our privacy policy for what we publish.
9. Your account
If you create an account, please keep your password safe and let us know if you think someone else has used it.
10. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We’ll always try to sort it out directly.
